| Located near to downtown, there is now a Wells Fargo drive up branch bank located where the dealership was originally. It sold a number of farm implement related items, as well as some household merchandise such as Maytag Washing machines. After much research at the Wahpeton City Library, I was able to view original dealer ads with the name Hothusen Imp. as the Packard franchise. After numerous interviews with older town folk in the late 1980's I learned there is no longer any living family members locally. The dealership sold my 22nd Series 1949 Standard Eight Touring Sedan there new to a Doctor from Hankinson, ND. | |||
